Main Machine Body:


It is primarily composed of a base, a bed, a movable sliding table, a headstock, an upper clamping device, a side clamping device, and a row-type tool magazine. The bed features excellent rigidity and stability, enabling it to bear the loads and vibrations generated during high-speed machining while ensuring the machining accuracy of the machine tool.

A total of 3 headstocks are mounted on the main machine, namely the fixed-side headstock, the mobile-side headstock, and the upper unit headstock, which are used for drilling in the horizontal and vertical directions respectively. Each headstock is capable of being operated independently and can also complete drilling operations simultaneously, significantly enhancing production efficiency. Each headstock is equipped with one set of BT40 high-speed mechanical spindles. The corresponding row-type tool magazine can accommodate up to 4 drill bits of different diameters (when no tool is attached to the spindle), enabling automatic processing of 4 different aperture sizes with a single workpiece clamping.

Three headstock units are mounted on the bed. Each headstock unit is driven by two sets of servo motors to achieve horizontal and vertical movement of the headstock, with power transmission via ball screws and guidance provided by precision linear rolling guides. During the drilling process, this equipment clamps the workpiece in two directions. Above the workpiece, a cylinder-driven clamping mechanism is installed to secure the workpiece onto the horizontal support rollers; additionally, a cylinder-driven clamping mechanism is configured to clamp the workpiece from the side.

Infeeding Conveyor


It is composed of a conveyor support, support rollers, side positioning rollers, a side pushing device, a rack, and other components. The feeding channel is designed to carry workpieces to be processed. A photoelectric switch is installed at the front end of the material channel to detect the front end of the workpiece and determine the X-direction processing datum. The side pushing device clamps the workpiece tightly and presses it against the side positioning rollers, thereby realizing the rough positioning of the workpiece in the Y direction.

Cooling System


The machine adopts an aerosol cooling method for drill bit cooling, which is implemented via compressed air combined with cooling water. This method offers multiple advantages, including reduced coolant consumption, cost efficiency, environmental friendliness, and minimized drill bit wear. Flexible nozzles are mounted on the headstock, and the spray position of the nozzles can be conveniently adjusted—ensuring the drill bit is continuously cooled during operation.
