Components of CNC Drilling Machine Line
The CNC drilling machine primarily consists of a main machine body, CNC feeding system, discharge conveyor, cooling system, hydraulic system, pneumatic system, lubrication system, electrical system, and scrap trolley. The production line adopts a fixed bed structure paired with a movable workpiece configuration. 1. Lubrication System:
This system employs a combined approach of centralized lubrication and manual lubrication. A centralized lubrication unit is utilized to deliver regular and metered lubrication to specific linear guides and lead screws, while other lubrication points are maintained through manual lubrication operations.
2. Main Machine Body:
The main machine body primarily comprises a base, a bed, a movable sliding table, a headstock, an upper clamping device, a side clamping device, and a row-type tool magazine. The bed boasts excellent rigidity and stability, enabling it to withstand the loads and vibrations generated during high-speed machining while ensuring the precision of the machine tool.
A total of three headstocks are mounted on the main machine body, specifically including the fixed-side headstock, movable-side headstock, and upper unit headstock. These headstocks are dedicated to performing drilling operations in the horizontal and vertical directions respectively. Each headstock is capable of independent operation, and can also work in synchronization to complete drilling tasks simultaneously. This dual operational capability significantly enhances overall production efficiency.
3. Infeeding Conveyor
The infeeding conveyor comprises a conveyor support, support rollers, side positioning rollers, a side pushing device, a rack, and other components. The feeding channel serves to convey workpieces to be processed; a photoelectric switch is installed at the front end of the material channel to detect the workpiece’s front end and define the X-direction machining datum. The side pushing device clamps the workpiece tightly and presses it against the side positioning rollers, thereby achieving rough positioning of the workpiece in the Y-direction.
This machine tool is purpose-built for drilling, tapping, and marking operations on H-beams, channel steel, and an array of other steel workpieces. The samples presented herein clearly illustrate the machine tool’s capability to achieve precise hole positioning, smooth tapped threads, and sharp marking patterns—fully embodying its high precision and dependability in practical application scenarios.
