Product Features

 

1. This machine tool is primarily composed of the main machine body, CNC feeding system, material conveyor, electrical system, hydraulic system, cooling system, lubrication system, waste bin, and other components. Adopting a fixed bed structure and a movable workpiece configuration, the machine tool is well-suited for the processing of large-scale H-beams. 2. The drilling machine body comprises the bed, CNC sliding table assemblies, supporting devices, upper pressing devices, side pressing devices, and detection devices. The components of the CNC sliding table include the fixed side, the movable side, and the upper-unit CNC sliding table. The sliding table assemblies consist of a sliding plate, a sliding table base, a spindle headstock, a high-speed mechanical spindle, a tool cylinder, a variable-frequency motor, a servo motor, linear guides, and lead screws, which are specifically designed for the drilling of H-beams.

3. The CNC feeding system comprises brackets, gears, racks, servo motors, reducers, and manipulators. The servo motor drives the manipulator to move the H-beam in the X-direction, enabling the feeding of the H-beam and precise positioning of the workpiece.

4. The material conveyor is categorized into an in-feeding conveyor and an out-feeding conveyor.
