Product Introduction:
This machine is a versatile device that combines punching, marking, and shearing functions for angle steel, channel steel, and plates. With a single machine, three operations can be performed on three different types of metal materials.
Machine structure:
This production line consists of six key components: the workpiece loading section, feeding section, main machine, finished workpiece unloading section, electrical control section, and hydraulic power unit.

Feature and consist parts:
1. Feeding Section
The feeding section consists of a feeding channel and a CNC feeding trolley.
Feeding Channel: This includes conveyor rollers, brackets, racks, precision linear guides, and lateral positioning wheels.
CNC Feeding Trolley: Composed of a servo motor, driven gear, synchronization belt, feeding trolley frame, clamping rod, and clamping claw.
The workpiece is initially manually placed into the clamp, and the feeding clamp is then automatically moved by the servo motor to the main machine for punching and shearing, following the instructions provided by the computer.

2. Host Machine
This section consists of the Pressing Unit, Typing Unit, Supporting Unit, Side Punching Unit, and Shearing Unit.
Pressing Unit: This unit is designed to secure the workpiece, preventing any deviation, and to withstand the forces generated during punching and shearing operations.
Typing Unit: The typing unit is made up of a fixed machine base, an oil cylinder that moves the base, a hydraulic power head cylinder, a four-position cylinder that facilitates the repositioning of the four character boxes, and a manual adjustment mechanism.
Supporting Unit: During material feeding, the support unit is positioned higher than the punching and typing units to prevent the angle steel from hitting the lower blade. When punching, the supporting unit is lowered below the punching and typing units to ensure the quality of the typing, punching, and shearing operations.
Punching Unit: This unit features three punching positions on each side. Each position can be fitted with different diameters of punching heads according to customer specifications. The punching positioning is driven by a servomotor via a ball screw and square rail, ensuring high precision in positioning.

Shearing Unit: This unit is composed of a frame body, hydraulic power cylinder, upper knife box, lower knife box, translation mechanisms, press components, and carrying parts. The machine is capable of cutting angle steel, channel steel, and plates by swapping out different cutting dies.
The feeding device is designed to prevent the angle steel from coming into contact with the lower blade. Cutting of three different profiles can be achieved by changing the corresponding molds.
3. Finished Workpiece Unloading Unit
This unit consists of a workpiece support roller and support shaft.
By pressing the button, the workpiece can be ejected to the left or right side, as per customer specifications.

4. Hydraulic Power Section
This machine features a standalone hydraulic station, making maintenance more convenient. The pipe joints are all connected using ferrule-type fittings, effectively preventing leakage at the joints. The hydraulic valves are integrated with a valve block, utilizing both plate valves and cartridge valves simultaneously. The piping is configured to ensure a more compact hydraulic system, minimizing pipeline losses and fully optimizing system efficiency.
5. Electrical Control
The electrical control system of the machine is advanced and well-designed, offering user-friendly workpiece programming that is both easy to learn and operate. The control software continuously monitors the machine's performance. In the event of a malfunction, the CRT will display detailed information regarding the fault's cause and the recommended corrective actions.
