The typical cycle time for cold-pressing operations is 10 seconds per workpiece, while the thermal processing cycle extends to 120 seconds per unit (depending on the material grade and dimensional specifications of the components). Moreover, fabrication initiates only once the heating temperature reaches 800 degrees Celsius (the red-hot stage), with process parameters carefully established in accordance with the material type and the specified bending angle tolerances.

8. During the thermal treatment phase, once the process parameters are configured, operators may initiate the cycle by pressing the start button or engaging the foot pedal switch, triggering the fully automated operation sequence.
