Overview:
The XB series milling machine without pressure beam is an advanced and efficient new milling equipment independently developed and manufactured by our company, and it is the only product to have obtained a national utility model patent issued by the State Patent Office. It is widely used in equipment manufacturing in industries such as pressure vessels, boilers, shipbuilding, large formwork and machinery, steel structures, power, and chemicals, and is particularly suitable for milling special alloy plates and new materials, as well as for pre-welding processing of plates.
Equipment Composition:

Structural Features:
1. Lubrication System: An automatic lubrication system is adopted. The lubrication pump is installed on the right rear side of the feed mechanism, using a timed and metered automatic lubrication method. During machine operation, lubrication of the guide rails can be performed as required, which is convenient and quick.
2. Conductive Device: A safe and reliable four-core sliding contact line for traveling cranes is used. It is aesthetically pleasing and highly effective.

3. Protective Device: The equipment uses a soft friction device at the contact points with the guide rails, providing secondary protection and preventing iron filings from falling into the inner side of the slide plate, ensuring safety and reliability. The electro-permanent magnet chuck should be designed with an electromagnetic protection mechanism to ensure that the suction force of the chuck does not disappear in the event of a sudden power failure, preventing the milling head from knocking the workpiece away due to inertia and causing a safety accident. Anti-collision limit devices are installed at both ends of the equipment, and mutual collision safety electrical devices are installed between the two units. The Y-axis and Z-axis guide rails are equipped with bellows covers for protection, mainly to prevent damage to the guide rails from external forces and cutting.

4. Positioning Device: A manual stop device is designed on the side of the worktable near the milling head. After positioning the workpiece, this stop device must be manually removed before milling can begin.

5. Material Support Device: An auxiliary worktable frame is configured on one side of the worktable for supporting the loading of large-sized parts. The upper surface is equipped with polyurethane rollers to ensure accurate and easy feeding, minimizing friction with the workpiece. It also has a small footprint, is convenient to use, and is easy to operate. The material support frame measures 1200x120x120x6 mm and is equipped with universal rollers on the upper surface (3 rollers per support frame). A total of 5 sets are configured along the length of the equipment.

6. Paint: The primer is anti-rust paint, and the topcoat is orange peel paint. The color is our company's standard factory color, GY09 ice gray, with red and yellow accents on the protective areas. Aesthetically pleasing.
7. Cutting tool and cutter head: Based on the customer's machining condition of Q460 C high-strength steel plate, a Φ125--160 high-strength 75° cutter head is adopted to reduce the cutting contact area, reduce cutting temperature and insert wear; YT/YW series carbide inserts can be used.
