Product Overview:
This line is primarily designed for producing electric-welded steel pipes with diameters ranging from 60 to 165 mm and wall thicknesses of 2.0 to 6.0 mm. It can also produce square, rectangular, and special-shaped pipes within the range of round pipes. By adding necessary equipment, it can subsequently produce API 5L pipe. This production line was designed and manufactured by integrating similar equipment from both domestic and international sources, taking into account my country's national conditions, and through bold innovation and extensive consultation with users. It boasts economical, reliable, and stable operation.

Equipment composition and main parameters of each unit
1. Forming diameter determination machine:
The forming machine is the primary equipment in a welded pipe production line. It continuously rolls long steel strip of a specified specification into tubes and welds them into pipes. It can produce both round and shaped pipes. Using the roller forming principle, this machine can produce steel pipes of specified specifications. Induction welding is used as the heating method. A specified steel strip is fed into the machine, where it is rolled into a tube billet by forming rollers. The high-frequency current then utilizes the skin and proximity effects to highly concentrate the current on the weld surface of the pipe edge, rapidly heating the edge. After cooling, sizing, and rough straightening, the pipe is formed into the desired specifications. This machine utilizes the bottom line horizontal method, with rollers featuring a double-radius pass. The unit consists of a forming machine, welding machine, cooling unit, sizing mill, rough straightening unit, and transmission box.

a) Motor and Main Drive System: The motors are Z4 series DC motors, model Z4-250-42, 160 kW, 1000 rpm. Two ZLY main reducers are also included.
b) Gearbox:
The gearbox utilizes spiral bevel gears, made of 20CrMnTi, case-hardened, with a module of 14. The gearbox features a split-chassis structure for easy maintenance.
c) Horizontal Roller Stand: (Gantry-type side-exit roll changer)
1). Horizontal roll shaft diameter: φ120 mm, made of 42CrMo, high-frequency hardened.
2). Roller bottom diameter: 200 mm.
3). Horizontal roll shafts are equipped with safety pads to provide overload protection, protecting the transmission and gearbox gears.
d) Vertical Roller Stand: Vertical roll shaft diameter: φ70 mm, made of 40Cr, high-frequency hardened.

e) Extrusion Rollers: Five-roll extrusion rolls.
f) Scraping and Welding: Manually raised and lowered quickly, with easy front-to-back and up-and-down adjustment.
g) Steyr drive shafts are used for forming and sizing.
h) Forming Arrangement: Vertical, five-roll feed with anti-jump device, vertical, horizontal, vertical...
Welding Arrangement: Guide, five-roll extrusion, scraper, polishing, cooling.
Sizing Arrangement: Vertical, horizontal, vertical, horizontal... 2 speed measuring rollers with Turkish heads.

2. Flying Saw:
The FJZ(Y) computerized flying saw is a key piece of equipment in the welded pipe production line. It automatically cuts pipes of various shapes to precise lengths at high speed. Utilizing a fast, high-precision STD control system and mechanical system, the saw delivers excellent sizing and synchronization performance, and reliable mechanical transmission, resulting in high speed and precision.
This machine consists of nine components: a bed, gear box, saw carriage, fixture, speed measurement system, air system, drive system, electrical system, and roller frame.
